- Lead Scoring: Our AI assigns qualification scores based on stated budget, timeline, and preferences. This scoring assists human agents in prioritizing follow-ups but does not restrict your access to our services.
- Cross-Session Memory: Our AI system may retain contextual memory of your preferences, inquiries, and prior conversations across separate chat sessions to provide a more personalized and consistent experience. This memory is stored securely and associated with your lead profile. You may request deletion of this memory at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to request human intervention at any point during AI interactions, to express your point of view, and to contest any AI-assisted decisions.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
