1. Nature of the Service
Hadar Real Estate (“Hadar”) provides a business-to-business SaaS CRM platform with AI-assisted automation tools designed for licensed real estate brokerages. The platform is an advisory and productivity tool only. It does not act as a broker, agent, escrow holder, financial adviser, legal counsel, or fiduciary for any user, lead, or counterparty.
2. No Investment or Financial Advice
Information surfaced by Hadar — including ROI estimates, area summaries, market commentary, AI-generated content, and recommendations — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users must conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any property, financing, or investment decision.
3. No Guarantee of Leads, Revenue, or Listings
Hadar does not guarantee any specific outcome from use of the service, including but not limited to: number or quality of leads generated, response or conversion rates, gross commission income, listing acquisitions, deal closures, or returns on advertising spend. Performance depends on market conditions, the user’s own configuration, sales process, and external factors outside Hadar’s control.
4. AI-Generated Output
Outputs from large language models, voice agents, and avatars may be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages, summaries, valuations, and recommendations before sending them to leads, counterparties, or regulators. Hadar is not liable for decisions taken based on unreviewed AI output.
5. Third-Party Data and Listings
The platform may surface property listings, market data, or content from third-party sources (portals, public registries, vendor APIs). Hadar does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or legal status of such third-party content. Customers must verify listing legitimacy and ownership before transacting.
6. No Warranty
Except where prohibited by mandatory law, the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Hadar disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. The service is not designed or certified for use in safety-critical, life-support, or regulated decisioning contexts.
7. Regulatory Status
Hadar is a software vendor. It is not licensed by RERA, the Dubai Land Department, the Securities and Commodities Authority, the UAE Central Bank, or any other financial or real estate regulator, and does not perform regulated activities. Customers remain solely responsible for their own licensing, AML/KYC, advertising standards, RERA compliance, and contract obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
The liability cap, exclusions, and indemnities set out in our Terms of Service apply to any claim arising from or relating to this disclaimer. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of our Terms of Service.
